Description
• The Director works closely with the Business Development, Recruiting, and Practice Leaders to screen and rank quality candidates for open EHR positions, with a focus on Epic’s clinical application suite. • The position collaborates with business stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts to fill positions effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • At least 3 years’ experience with Epic implementation or support • Experience in screening candidates preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Active certification in EpicCare Inpatient or Ambulatory required; additional Epic clinical or ancillary certifications preferred
