Description
• Lead strategy and manage a multidisciplinary Marketing Team • Responsible for new user and ecosystem growth • Own strategic positioning of Valora, and all growth initiatives, channels, touchpoints, and domains • Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy to increase user acquisition and ecosystem growth across brand and content channels • Create engaging educational materials for target audiences • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product & Engineering • Set & track budgets and key marketing KPIs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of relevant marketing and leadership experience • Experience in marketing consumer mobile applications, ideally in fintech/crypto; or have worked on partnership / ecosystem marketing for a web3 project • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment • Management experience, and a passion for growing teams and mentoring others • Awareness of the evolving landscape of marketing tools, technologies, resources, trends and best practices • Desire to stay informed on the crypto industry, relevant current events and pop culture • Personal alignment with the company mission and values • High emotional intelligence, and a highly collaborative and can-do spirit • Working knowledge of common business tools (e.g. Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and marketing tools (e.g. Contentful, CleverTap, Google Analytics, Sprout)
