Description

• Participate in close-related activities to ensure complete and accurate financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations within the established close timeline • Research technical accounting guidance and prepare / update accounting memos as needed • Prepare calculations for journal entries and reconciliations related to internally-developed software, stock-based compensation, and other equity-related activities • Partner with Accounting management to provide guidance and assistance with ad-hoc projects • Assist in preparation of audited financial statements and disclosures

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical accounting experience • Prior experience as a Big 4 auditor and technical accountant at a software company • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and SOX/Internal controls • Extreme attention to detail and ability to simultaneously research discrepancies and solve problems • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Be proactive and have a strong desire for success • Experience in Netsuite a plus
