Description
• As the Head of Product at Virgo, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and market needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that our products not only embody innovation but also meet the practical demands of the healthcare industry. The Head of Product will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Machine Learning, Customer Success, and Sales to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with customer needs and company goals.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the tech or healthtech industry • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles • Experience working in an agile development environment • Experience in healthcare, particularly digital health and health data • General understanding of machine learning technologies and products • Excellent communication and presentation skills
