• Assist CEO & CTO with operations • Ensure executive team functions at their best • Calendar management, travel arrangements, and office management • Manage communications and meeting agendas
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative/operations-focused role, ideally as an executive assistant • Extremely organized and great at creating structure for yourself and others • Bias towards action and drive towards outcomes • Clear and compelling communicator • Excited by having a breadth of responsibilities • Able to work in-person at downtown San Francisco office at least 2 days per week • Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment
