• Conduct thorough research and identify potential customers within the target market to generate a healthy sales pipeline • Work across various territories to drive outbound prospecting efforts, setting appointments, and generating/nurturing leads • Engage in high-level conversations with stakeholders from target accounts to build relationships and uncover needs • Collaborate closely with multiple Sales Executives to convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with key decision makers • Maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in updating the Salesforce database for both new sales opportunities and existing customers • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business deals • Stay on top of sales activity and adjust approaches using data-driven solutions to ensure continued success
• Bachelor’s Degree • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a technology-based SaaS/PaaS company • Experience with Salesforce or CRM management • Willingness to engage in a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities daily • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a distributed workforce • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to evolve and adapt your approach by tracking results with data-driven insights
