Description

• Responsible for the management of the projects, start to finish, you are the project leader. • Utilize the company's resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents. • Provide construction services (Site visits, review shop drawings, etc.) • Be the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives. Achieve repeat clients through great customer service. • Responsible for local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project. • Be responsible for the financial success of all responsible projects. • Monthly review and comment on project budget reports, invoices, and pre-billing reports. • Assemble consultant team for the project (Identify scope of work, collect fees, select consultants, and facilitate contracts). • Be a technical resource (Codes and construction) to other Ware Malcomb PM/PAs. • Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members. • Mentor, train, and lead assigned support staff. • Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Healthcare projects. Outpatient project experience (Clinics, Ambulatory Care, Medical Office etc.) preferred. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field. • AutoCAD and Revit skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma. • Thorough knowledge of building codes. • Assist with RFP/ RFI, client development. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
