Description

• Provide a safe and secure environment for all individuals in the complex • Collaborate with various partners including guests, clients, law enforcement agencies, and tenants • Screen patrons during ingress • Resolve security situations and enforce venue's event policies • Handle disturbances and emergencies • Write incident reports and review procedures with security supervisor • Assist with crowd control, access control, and examining facility security • Assist in investigations and alarms • Maintain a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, on-call, and holidays • Physical demands include lifting, carrying, walking, standing for extended periods, and working in various climates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on security experience • Possess all appropriate security licenses required by state • Familiarity with incident management software and reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of safety rules, operating procedures, and event staff roles • Ability to uphold safety and security standards • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs • Must be able to work in various climates • Available to work event days, weekends, and various shifts
