🔄 Hybrid – Los Angeles
• Answer tickets from our ORIGINALS Creators through Zendesk, problem solving for complex inquiries • Escalate feedback and insights to stakeholders across the WEBTOON organization • Communicate new monetization opportunities on the WEBTOON platform and from affiliate partners to the ORIGINALS Creators • Write and update articles about WEBTOON’s tools and policies • Onboard newly signed ORIGINALS Creators through 1:1 calls and small webinars • Coordinate with internal teams for Creator-facing initiatives and events
• 1-3 years of client facing experience, ideally in a customer success role • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience delivering solutions to customer needs • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) • Experience or familiarity with entertainment industry or creative communities highly preferred • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
