Description
• Draft, review and summarize complex wills and trusts. • Develop, draft, and maintain legal templates for estate planning documents. • Stay updated on laws and regulations affecting estate planning. • Research and draft marketing materials on legal topics. • Support the Chief Legal Officer on legal and regulatory issues.
Requirements
• J.D. degree or paralegal certification • Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney or paralegal in private wealth or trusts & estates practice area • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Proactive, entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset • Excellent judgment and aptitude for optimization • Ability to lead projects as a resourceful self-starter • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across departments
