• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and drive growth. • Oversee the development and execution of hyper-localized marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C sectors, aligning them with the company's overall OKRs. • Engage key stakeholders to drive the development of the Weedmaps value proposition, positioning, target and messaging for identified market initiatives. • Collaborate with the Insights team to extract actionable insights for each market. • Utilize industry market research to validate project objectives and take advantage of opportunities. • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all local efforts. • Develop and manage playbooks per market, documenting strategies, best practices, and performance metrics. • Plan holistically and address changing needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the CPG and ecommerce sectors, with a focus on local or regional markets preferred. • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior with experience in various research methodologies such as brand health studies, customer tracker studies, segmentation studies, focus groups, copy testing, survey design, and cohort analysis. • Demonstrated strong project management experience with expertise in managing multiple projects through competing and conflicting priorities and deadlines. • Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Knowledge of authentic cannabis culture. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinker, results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
