Description
• Full-time position for paralegals/legal document assistants • Position can be filled at entry, intermediate, or advanced level • Background in family law, wills, living trusts, or probate is desirable but not required • Encouraged for all applicants to apply regardless of experience • Submit resume/qualifications/experience via email
Requirements
• Education in Paralegal Studies - certificate in paralegal studies or higher is required • Notary Public is desirable but not required • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Very Reliable and Trainable • Serious and Responsible • Good communication skills • Experience in any of the areas of family law, wills, living trusts, and/or probate is desirable but not required • Current notary public or willing to become a notary public • Bilingual Spanish speaking is desirable
