Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join Wheel. • In this role, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational success. • Using advanced BI tools, you'll create impactful visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to inform critical decisions. • Fundamentally, this role is about enabling the business to make better decisions using data. • Your analytical skills will be crucial in uncovering trends, optimizing operations, and shaping healthcare delivery strategies. • This role offers the opportunity to tackle real-world healthcare challenges, from predicting patient needs to enhancing financial performance. • This role blends hands-on data analysis with the opportunity to improve healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working as an Analyst capacity in support of a data product • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field required; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred • Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to interact directly with databases, warehouses, and other cloud data stores • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate results with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and interact with both technical and business stakeholders • Ability to research and identify market trends, understand customer challenges, and present findings to internal and customer stakeholders • You’re willing to roll up your sleeves, you have a bias towards action, love of learning, and strong ability to execute • You have a curiosity when it comes to understanding the underlying patterns beneath data
