• Be part of a fast-growing, dynamic boutique insurance agency. • Play a vital role in guiding underserved populations through Medicare complexities. • Manage the full prospective beneficiary cycle. • Meet daily outbound call goals. • Use a consultative sales approach to provide plan presentations. • Educate beneficiaries on Medicare options, guiding them through enrollment. • Develop partnerships with community organizations. • Maintain accurate reports on business activities and sales analysis. • Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
• Minimum two (2) years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center setting with a background in Medicare products. • Ability to work as an independent self-starter part of a team • Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages • Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication skills • Effective computer and application knowledge of Client Relationship Management systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, Health plan portals, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office suite Microsoft Word. • Be a captive agent • Current knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing, benefits, enrollment, and other guidelines as governed by regulatory agencies • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration
