Description

• seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our Events & Field Marketing team as the Field Marketing Manager • take the lead in expanding Workato’s field activities across North America • critical contributor, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of field marketing experience and/or account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies. • Preferably experience in marketing to IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR persona • Ability to manage and scale a portfolio of multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing tight timelines • A self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to change with an exceptional level of attention to detail • Ability to travel up to 30% when travel permits • Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specified personas/territories, project managing integrated campaigns, and providing follow-up support to sales • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred
