• Looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to establish Workato as the leader in the Enterprise Automation Platform category. • Lead the launch of products and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of Workato. • Drive a technical product content strategy to help prospects and customers understand what is possible with Workato’s enterprise automation platform. • Develop a relationship with Product Management to drive a companywide launch program. • Build technical product presentations, whitepapers, blogs, product videos, and other tools to sell to technical personas. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for prospects and customers. • Connect automation and technology trends with Workato technology for key use cases. • Evangelize and demonstrate Workato products externally to prospects and customers. • Be an expert on the market landscape and competitive features. • Work with product, engineering, product marketing, and customer success teams to deliver materials aligned with go-to-market initiatives. • Host product enablement training sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams on key capabilities, features, and competitive differentiators.
• BS in CS/CE or equivalent technical degree preferred. • 5-7 years of technical product marketing experience related to cloud, app dev, infrastructure, or IT operations. • Industry/technology expertise in cloud, microservices, integration, automation, low code/no code apps, and APIs. • Ability to write strong technical content for external audiences. • Comfortable presenting and demoing products to internal and external audiences. • Deep customer focus to build materials that resonate. • Excellent communicator with ability to take a project from idea to execution. • Previous experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Product Management, or Technical Product Marketing. • Creativity and writing skills to communicate technical topics with authenticity. • Passion & technical comfort with cloud products, automation platforms, and B2B technologies. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and able to take initiative without high supervision. • Proven technical and marketing skills, including customization of solutions, product demonstrations, and effective communication. • Ability to learn new technologies such as Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or DemoEasel. • Strong written and oral communication skills.
