Description
• Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive data analytics strategy. • Build and mentor a high-performing data analytics team including an AI function. • Design and implement advanced models, techniques, and visualizations. • Find, assess, integrate, and manage internal and new external data sources. • Communicate insights effectively to technical/non-technical audiences. • Work with Product Management to formulate and implement an AI strategy.
Requirements
• 8-10+ years of data analytics/BI experience with a proven leadership track record. • Strong skills: data manipulation, statistics, programming, visualization tools, NLP, high-dimensional data. • Experience and familiarity with corporate sustainability data and/or climate datasets is preferred. • Excellent analytical abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights and solve problems. • Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts across audiences. • Solid project management expertise to oversee priorities, drive adoption, and ensure compliance. • Ability to make judicious tradeoffs, engage with executives and perform as both an individual contributor and team leader.
