Description

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven content strategy aligned with overall business objectives • Conduct in-depth audience research to understand user needs, preferences, and content consumption habits • Analyze content performance metrics (SEO, engagement, conversions) and recommend strategic optimizations • Identify emerging content marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into the strategy • Oversee content governance, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product) to ensure content aligns with broader initiatives • Stay at the forefront of the content marketing landscape by attending conferences, workshops, and staying current on best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of experience in content strategy with a proven track record of success • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a content team • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to content performance • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques • Experience managing content budgets and resources effectively • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
