• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support. • Define and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices. • Develop and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, and drive their resolution. • Mentor and provide guidance to the quality engineering team, fostering their growth and professional development. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation. • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. • Experience in developing test strategies and test plans. • Thorough knowledge of software testing techniques and tools. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
