• The Sr. Director, Sales will play a significant role in the commercial success of the company. Beyond acquiring new logos to achieve XP Health’s growth and financial objectives, the person in this role will be a key strategic partner to the business in developing new products, a deeper understanding of our GTM, and in building out the sales playbook. • You will report directly to the VP of Sales. The company is based in San Carlos, CA and frequent travel to HQ is expected. You will be suited for this role if you have a seasoned track record of sales success with companies in a growth stage, but more importantly, if you have a desire to expand your skill set with new challenges.
• 7+ years of experience of sales experience with innovative benefits, SaaS, or healthcare technology
