Description
• Lead the DevOps team and shape deployment strategies • Ensure high availability and drive automation across AI products • Enhance deployment efficiency and maintain security posture • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of flexible cloud infrastructure • Manage monitoring tools and metrics to identify areas for improvement • Troubleshoot complex system issues and resolve them • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards • Travel up to 25% to customer locations, company events, and conferences
Requirements
• A BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields • 3+ years of successfully managing direct reports • 7+ years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer, or equivalent software-engineering role • Speak to supporting security/privacy practices within your organization • Extensive experience leading application deployments to AWS, Azure, and/or Oracle Cloud environments, as well as on-premises data centers • Experience delivering software to multiple environments using Terraform or similar automation and configuration management technologies • Strong experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.. etc, and a willingness to learn and adopt new ones • Experience deploying rapidly evolving software and maintaining a flexible deployment paradigm to enable rapid iteration • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partner vendors, end users, and cross-functional teams • Experience writing and leveraging infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) • Working knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, and related data structures • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (i.e Bash, Python) • Experience building deployment systems for rapidly developing and changing applications
