Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. •3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in B2B. It’s desirable that you have a focus on Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or CPQ (building custom product configurators) •Strong understanding of B2B business processes and solutions. •Ability to drive & define B2B experience based solutions, and the technologies that will enable them •Proficient in Salesforce B2B Commerce, including setup and configuration, order management, and integrations. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead business process mapping sessions. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to complex business problems.
