Description

• Support Sales efforts through demo configuration • Collaborate with customers and the pre-sales team to understand data and business use cases • Configure and customize Zilliant’s Software for pre-sales efforts • Create and deliver visual analytics to support the customer’s requirements • Effectively balance schedule, effort, and scope • Work with Product Management to understand and utilize latest platform capabilities • Participate in transfer of information meetings between pre-sales and services • Work with multi-national teams; North America, EMEA, and South America

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM-field or relevant professional experience • 0-4 years of professional experience in software applications, development, data analytics • Prior work experience in a B2B SaaS organization (Preferred) • Skills in scripting language (Groovy, Python, JavaScript, etc) a plus • Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex use cases and data sets • Experience with data visualization such as Tableau or Power BI. a nice to have • Experience with database systems/SQL such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, mySQL a plus
