Description
• ZipRecruiter is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and manage relationships with our growing network of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners. • Blend relationship building skills with technical knowledge and industry expertise to enable successful outcomes.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales or Consulting roles • Passionate about business development and possesses strong interpersonal skills, easily forming successful relationships at all levels • Understands all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, sales meetings, negotiation, closing and account management • Proven ability to simplify complex information and learning content into easy-to-understand formats and job aids for sales, marketing, and product teams • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs and tasks simultaneously, and experience doing so in cross-functional teams • Ability to travel 20%+ in the United States
