Description
• Process AR/AP invoices. • Review employees’ expense reports and post journal entries. • Review bi-weekly payroll reports and post journal entries. • Prepare bank reconciliation and weekly cash flows report. • Participate in monthly closing processes. • Process vendor registration in ERP. • Process wire verification. • Prepare a payment list weekly. • Prepare checks and initiate wire transfers for vendor payment. • Create Purchase Order for vendors. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively. • Strong organizational skills and commitment to following processes. • Strong, self-motivated team player. • Assertive and able to cope with pressure. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Hands-on experience in professional accounting preferred. • Experience in ERP (SAP B1 or SAP S/4 HANA Cloud) preferred. • Previous experience in a multinational company preferred.
Benefits
• Hybrid work model accepted Monday to Thursday. • Present in-office at least two days. • Work hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
