Requirements
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a startup environment • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships • Experience executing recruitment strategies for underrepresented groups • Consistently source and build robust diverse talent pipelines • Comfortable with a constantly changing environment • Extremely dynamic; able to attract, engage, and close talent • High EQ; able to persuade, influence, and build trust • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Desire to stay up to date on industry trends and sourcing tools • Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
