• Source Top Talent: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, GitHub, online forums, and industry-specific networks, to identify and engage high-quality candidates for all open roles. • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, with a focus on software engineering, hardware engineering, and other critical technical roles. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with our recruiters (internal and external) and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the broader mission of Sofar Ocean. • Engage Passive Candidates: Proactively reach out to and build relationships with passive candidates, effectively communicating the unique opportunities and impact of working at Sofar Ocean. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to refine and improve our sourcing strategies. • Employer Branding: Contribute to our employer brand by delivering exceptional candidate experiences and representing Sofar Ocean’s mission and values in all interactions.
