• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill non-exempt job requisitions • Provide administrative support to Human Resources team • Manage recruiting process for non-exempt roles • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field required • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software applications • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
