• Identifying and qualifying net-new sales opportunities among the SMB construction community • Developing novel strategies and messaging to drive growth • Understanding the product and value proposition of the company and how they fit into the market
• At least 6 months of experience in a business development role generating leads using outbound phone, email, and other prospecting techniques. • Possess a hunter mentality, with the ability to execute on outbound prospecting activities including strategic account research, cold calling, and email marketing • Stellar verbal and written communication skills • Consistent over-quota performance • Highly organized with the ability to work multiple opportunities through your pipeline simultaneously • Sharp, self-motivated and skilled at researching and hunting new opportunities • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
