• Refining and amplifying outbound sales strategy • Collaborating across departments to establish best practices • Targeting major named accounts • Partnering with marketing to create, test, and roll out campaigns • Setting monthly OKRs and devising strategic plans • Becoming well-versed in the industry and confidently presenting the value proposition • Meeting activity metrics and exceeding targets
• Minimum one year sales experience in B2B SaaS environment • Previous experience in a start-up environment • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting • Passion for the company's values • Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment • Strong emotional intelligence skills • Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking • Self-motivated and quick to learn • Strong English communication and documentation skills • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment • Familiarity with various sales tools • Must live and be authorized to work in the United States
