• Oversee the daily operations of the IT systems and processes, ensuring efficient and effective technical support for users across all systems and infrastructure. • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure system reliability, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Collaborate with senior management to align the IT infrastructure with the strategic goals of the organization. • Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Provision users with hardware and software access, including support • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems. • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. • Audit systems, user access controls, and assess their outcomes. • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures. • Monitor IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands. • Maintain IT disaster recovery planning and execution. • Manage vendors IT vendor partnerships and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure services • Experience in Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Slack required • Proven experience in IT project management • Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and cloud services • Knowledge of IT governance, operations, and information security best practices • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are preferred • Availability to respond to IT issues after hours as needed
