• Manage paid channels (google, Apple Ads and eventually Meta) • Optimize funnel conversion (web signups and app installs) • Manage social media channels • Lead other user acquisition and brand initiatives: email re-marketing, webinars • Optimize partnerships with doctor referrals
• Experience running paid channels efficiently (ideally for a consumer subscription business) • Ability to work at rapid iterations of tests to • Dig deep into the details (eg. down to keywords and ad optimization) without reliance on the agency • Rigorous methodic approach to test various hypothesis • A strong sense of marketing to consumers (eg ad copy, headlines, etc) • An ability to deeply reflect our value proposition to differentiate us in a crowded space
