• A genuine interest and passion for creating the circular textile economy, ending textile 'waste', and making the world more sustainable. • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or brand management roles, preferably in a global or multi-market environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners. • Proven ability to develop and execute co-marketing strategies that drive mutual brand benefit and growth. • Self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of initiative and proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing appropriately. • Strong understanding of digital data analysis and social media KPIs; translating insights into actions. • Impeccable attention to detail and creative eye. • Experience in managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results. • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Excel and Sheets, as well as experience with project management software.
