Description

• Perform document retrieval and ensure the hygiene of medical record files • Perform incoming claim review and document hygiene by assigning appropriate statuses • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the import queue • Manage the intake and output of files • Review data and identify trends from various documents and systems • Ensure appropriate volume levels and monitor file-sharing avenues • Perform data entry of documents and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferred experience in medical record review with a demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
