• 8+ years of experience in fast-growing startups or high-performing organizations • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of 5+ • Proven track record of building HR processes in fast-paced environments • Comfortable with HR systems like Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Rippling, Deel • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and global regulations • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, and IT departments • Clear communication skills for explaining HR policies and processes • Proven ability to meet and improve operational KPIs • Embody Apollo.io’s values in daily operations
