Description

• Handle overall operations of US payroll using Workday, ADP, and third party providers. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll with strong data integrity. • Oversee compliance with Federal, State, and local labor laws. • Maintain and develop payroll systems and software for efficiency. • Collaborate with HR Operations for accurate payroll data validation. • Perform monthly payroll close duties and generate payroll reports. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. • Manage annual preparation of Form W-2s and 1099’s. • Develop and maintain SOX controls in payroll processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of payroll, tax, accounting experience in a U.S. public company. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, GSuite products and SAP (preferred). • Working level knowledge of ADP Payroll, Workday and Replicon. • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize. • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations, including tax. • Experience with Payroll system implementation / transformation projects. • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and detail oriented.
