Description
• Serve as primary client contact throughout lifecycle. • Create and oversee client-specific KPIs and operational metrics. • Build knowledge of client needs to match with Arine’s platform. • Represent client voice to Product and Engineering teams. • Generate success stories to enhance brand awareness. • Coordinate with teams to support Arine’s vision.
Requirements
• 5+ years in account management, client success, or client-facing role. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to lead projects from strategy to completion. • Undergraduate degree required; healthcare or pharmacy training preferred. • Strong knowledge of medication management and optimization strategies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. • Bonus for PharmD degree.
