• Manage AI semiconductor solutions for data center applications • Lead product definition, vision, and launch products from cradle to grave • Drive interactions with engineering teams and lead customer discussions • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new markets • Work with senior leaders on vision and customer impact • Execute on product development and ensure successful product launch • Build close relationships with lead customers and manage product engagement
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree, preferred MBA/MS, or advanced degree • 5-8 years’ experience working in product management, product marketing, or business development or relevant customer facing functions in semiconductor companies • Experience with PCIe/Ethernet hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity applications • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams at both Astera and the Customer • Detail oriented and customer focused, with the ability to summarize complex data and produce a compelling, yet simple narrative • Authorized to work in the US and start immediately • Must have thorough market knowledge of server, storage, cloud, and data center segment • Proficient technical knowledge of PCIe/Ethernet protocol, standards, and developments • Proficient understanding of system level architectures in the datacenter • Basic understanding of AI Training and Inference and associated data movement • Direct experience with customer/partner relationship management • Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate and execute new collaborations with multiple customers and partners across the ecosystem • Proven track record of working closely with cloud service providers, data center OEMs/ODMs, and CPU/GPU vendors • Partnered with industry ecosystem and standards organizations such as PCI-SIG, IEEE, etc. • Technical Marketing/Sales/Business Development experiences in the semiconductor industry preferred
