• 7+ years of overall accounting and finance experience • 2+ years of leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting and/or business administration • Expert knowledge of GAAP • Experience going through an initial audit or multiple audits • Manufacturing experience (inventory, costing, etc.) • Knowledge of international/offshore entities and asset transfer among entities
