Description
• Play a pivotal role in the Operations team focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management • End-to-end ownership of critical business processes • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders • Contribute to scalability and efficiency through systems and processes design and implementation • Breakdown challenging business problems • Drive operational metrics • Proficiency in data analysis and documentation of best practices • Experience in project management and working cross-functionally • Comfortable in chaotic, autonomous environment • Execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a SaaS tech company • Experience with data analysis and data-driven solutions • Proficiency in SQL and excel • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail • Ability to oversee project management process • Experience in documenting and developing best practices • Expertise in deploying multiple projects • Comfortable working autonomously and identifying blockers
