Description
• Standardize and improve internal and client operations • Drive client growth through operational optimization • Develop and standardize internal processes • Ensure timely execution of all essential aspects of projects • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable systems • Breakdown complex business problems • Own execution and outcomes • Drive operational metrics • Understand the business to solve emerging problems
Requirements
• 4+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a fast-paced growth tech company • Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges. • Familiarity with SQL a requirement • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success. • Ability to oversee the entire project management process. • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams. • Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices • Strong Leadership skills • Business Oriented • Truth Seeker mindset • Data Oriented skillset • Comfort in Chaos • Proficient in Retool, Gsuite is a plus • Experience in healthcare tech (RCM, EHR, etc) is a bonus
