Lead and support employee relations cases•Provide expert guidance to managers on complex employee issues•Develop and implement frameworks for workplace issues•Establish, refine, and implement HR processes•Lead compliance initiatives for legal adherence•Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints•Deliver comprehensive management training programs•Build positive relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and professional skills Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently Effective communication and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Rippling, is preferred Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
