Description

• The Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within our firm. • Responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll management, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
