• Responsible for visiting retail accounts and working with ASM Manager and local distributor sales reps to achieve sales objectives • Ensure proper merchandising and representation of brands according to standards • Maintain consistent communication with Area Manager and distributor teams
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills • Effective selling and presentation skills are a must • Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business • Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them • Motivated self-starter that requires minimal oversight and guidance • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, distributors, retail reps and consumers • Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle • Some nights and weekends required • Travel, as needed • Ability to lift 25+lbs
