• Attentive is looking for an Enablement Coordinator to support the SDR organization with training and resources. • You'll be involved in tasks such as delivering training, content creation, and helping measure the impact of enablement efforts.
• Previous experience in a sales development role is preferred. No previous enablement experience is needed; this is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their enablement career • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to learn and adapt • An interest in learning how to develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning and virtual instructor-led training • A desire to contribute to the success of the business by supporting enablement initiatives • Basic organizational skills and an eagerness to work on multiple tasks and projects • A willingness to learn and become familiar with enablement tools and technologies like Salesforce, Docebo, Klue, Highspot, Looker, Outreach, etc
• Deliver regular onboarding training for new hires in our SDR organization, driving successful ramping of new hires in their first 30 days • Collaborate with enablement and SDR managers to understand training and enablement needs, assisting in the development of effective projects that align with business goals • Develop and maintain the library of prospecting content (email sequences, templates, and marketing materials) in partnership with Revenue Technology • Assist with various projects, including managing tasks, resources, timelines, and quality standards, contributing to the effectiveness of our revenue teams • Contribute to the reporting of key performance indicators to evaluate the success of enablement programs and initiatives • Maintain clear communication and reporting channels with revenue leadership and cross-functional teams
