Description
• Provide direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions • Deliver superior customer service • Structure loans and pitch coverage options • Manage the loan process ensuring funding • Prepare loans for the contracting process • Handle various statuses of the loan with accuracy • Maintain a deep understanding of products to effectively offer options • Work closely with other team members and departments • Adhere to all regulatory and company policies in loan processing
Requirements
• High school diploma, or equivalent required • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability • Experience with CRMs preferred
