• Provide hardware and software support for Windows and some Mac desktops and laptops • Troubleshoot user accounts, software and hardware problems • Appropriately escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processes • Respond to all requests for assistance • Log and report each service request • Close out tickets • Other duties as assigned
• Six months of technical support experience • No experience needed with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI) • Experience with Microsoft Windows • Experience using Microsoft Office suite • Strong written and oral communication skills are required
