• Resolve customer issues regarding shipments, order inquiries, including making special arrangements • Nurture customer relationships through inbound phone, email and chat channels. Gather insight from customer interaction to help improve services and customer benefits. • Act as a customer advocate by resolving customer initiated cases in a high quality and timely manner • Project a professional company image through in-person, phone and email interaction • Coordinate between the Sales Department and the Warehouse Team to insure seamless processes for customers • Leverage customer service interactions into selling opportunities
• Minimum of two years in customer service or sales, customer facing roles • ECommerce, direct to consumer experience preferred • Knowledge of the wine industry a plus • Experience using NetSuite, or other ERP systems • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude • Ability to learn new software • Must have ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and able to adhere to strict deadlines • Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail • Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally • A high level of organization, ability to prioritize and self-initiative • Work effectively in team environment
