Description
• AXS connects fans with artists and teams through innovative ticketing solutions. • AXS is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute meaningful data insights to the business. • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, develop performance reporting, assist analytics team.
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree preferred • 4+ years’ experience in in Business Analytics, MIS, Economics or another analytical field • Strong Knowledge with programming and/or statistical analysis tools preferred (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SAS) • Experience with modern analytic & data visualization tools • Experience with digital and/or social media marketing & web analytics • Solid quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from large data sets, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to creatively solve challenging problems. • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex concepts and analytical findings to a wide variety of audiences, from executives to field staff • General business acumen, with the ability to analyze the live events industry and recommend business improvements • Ability and initiative to manage multiple short and long-term projects independently, while building effective partnerships with stakeholders across the company • Comfort with the Microsoft Office suite as well as advanced analytical tools & data analysis methodologies • Music or other entertainment experience a plus; a passion for music and knowledge of artists and industry trends preferred • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; hack, test and learn mentality; team player.
