Description
• Oversee financial statements preparation, • Manage Global Financial Reporting/Planning team, • Drive budget process and projections, • Lead audit documentation and reviews, • Conduct GAAP research and prepare memorandums.
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 10+ years of relevant work experience. • 5+ years of experience managing a team. • 5+ Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred). • 4-6 years of hands-on experience working with multiple companies/legal entities and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • 6-8 years of demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and experience in the consolidation process. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
